My daughter was involved in an incident where she may have been drugged while out one night last year. She got into Chad's car thinking it was her Uber. Chad not only got her to her dorm safely, but he got out of the car with her and walked her over to some girls that could help her get inside. We have been in contact since and he continues to drive both my daughters and their friends. They all feel safe with him and I feel better knowing that he's out there looking out for them.
I texted RIDES2U an hour before my daughters South Shore Line train arrived at South Bend Airport at 11:15 tonight and they were able to a driver there waiting for the train. After a long day of travel delays and downtown Chicago cold (described as it felt like her hands were going to fall off) it was refreshing to her for the ride to be waiting and get her right to her dorm. The driver texted me updates so I trusted them and info on where he was waiting for then so it was very comforting to me that she wouldn't have to wait for an Uber.
I used RIDES2U for a late night ride Sunday after Thanksgiving. They were fantastic even switched my daughter to another driver so she wouldn't have to wait at the airport since she got in earlier. Highly recommend. Their customer service is excellent, and they can help with any questions on how to use the app.
