Chad Mastagh founded Rides2U, an app-based rideshare service focused on late-night transportation and airport transfers, primarily catering to college students. With the assistance of the IDEA Center, an innovation hub associated with the University of Notre Dame, Mastagh was able to establish a leadership team and secure investments, ultimately leading to Rides2U's recognition as the Best Community Venture in the McCloskey New Venture Competition. The company, which prioritizes safety and reliability, has expanded to South Bend and Lafayette, secured substantial funding, and plans to extend its services to other college towns in the near future.
